Metalcastello, which has always been attentive to development and technological innovations, is fully aware that it is experiencing a revolution triggered and accelerated by the pandemic. But it is equally aware that, if the revolution constitutes a restart and an impetus towards growth, much depends on the attitude and the level of competence that all of us will demonstrate towards this challenge.

In this context, it becomes increasingly important to be able to outline the possible evolutions of the business management style in advance through complete and authoritative study paths. Times change and the training process of our Managers and Collaborators must constantly evolve and adapt.

With this spirit of growth and continuous improvement, we are proud to announce that our Stefano Fiocchi has received the proclamation by the Magnificent Rector Prof. Francesco Ubertini for the achievement of the Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA XVII).

A long course of study divided into various "pillars" where the complex issues related to the economic principles of business management were perfectly integrated with the social role of the company on the territory and in the environment.
