Another recognition came from Confcommercio Ascom Bologna to the commitment and innovative spirit that have always characterized Metalcastello. In the historic headquarters of Strada Maggiore 23 in Bologna, in fact, the president Enrico Postacchini and the general manager Giancarlo Tonelli, leaders of the association that represents and protects over sixteen thousand companies, entrepreneurs and professionals of the Metropolitan City, have given to Stefano Scutigliani, CEO of Metalcastello, a plaque that reads «For over seventy years leader in the field of mechanics, for the ability to innovation, technological excellence and the role assumed in the economic development of the Bologna Apennines».
«A very welcome surprise», commented Stefano Scutigliani, «because seventy years are an important milestone for the Apennines, and with our journey we hope to contribute to the success of the company throughout Emilia-Romagna. I share this recognition with all the great family of Metalcastello, because the body spirit is really the added value of our reality, as well as a characteristic of our territory. The attachment to the "flag", to the corporate project, has allowed us to overcome even the dark periods without suffering and continue to look with determination to the future».
