How are the Apennines doing? This question was asked by Massimo Selleri of the Resto del Carlino in an interview with Stefano Scutigliani, CEO of Metalcastello. What emerged (on Wednesday, 11 January) was an interesting analysis that points a finger at the lack of infrastructure, which penalises the entire area: a problem that not only affects the circulation of raw materials for companies, but also - and above all - the search for qualified personnel. This is a problem that Metalcastello has been getting round for some time by collaborating with the “Montessori-Da Vinci” Technical Institute”, a profitable relationship that has recently led to the hiring of thirty young high school graduates, something the company is very proud of. Above all, according to Scutigliani, it is very important to start work on a new road linking Silla to the Prati industrial estate, for which funding is already available.
