This is a problem that Metalcastello has been getting round for some time by collaborating with the “Montessori-Da Vinci” Technical Institute”, a profitable relationship that has recently led to the hiring of thirty young high school graduates, something the company is very proud of. Above all, according to Scutigliani, it is very important to start work on a new road linking Silla to the Prati industrial estate, for which funding is already available.
