We are able to supply a large range of Spur and Helical gears also Gleason ring and pinion sets by using the latest CNC technology in turning, gear cutting (hobbing /shaping), finishing (shaving / grinding / honing).

The size range covered by our existing equipment is Diameter 500 mm. Length 750mm. Mod 9 for gear and shafts. Gleason ring and pinion sets max dia 16 inches and Mod 12.

However we endeavor to accommodate all needs so please advise us of your requirements.

We also currently produce fully assembled drive units, transmission shift rails.
